What’s new in ProSchedule

Once a month — a short round-up of what’s new and what got better in shift planning, time tracking, reports and PPR.

Certifications unlock positions and roles

Each certification now grants access either to positions or to roles — you pick the type right in the create dialog. A locked position or role goes only to an employee with a valid certificate, and in PPR an employee without one counts as a trainee. Manager and crew certifications each have their own matrix.

How it works in PPR

NewWeb · PPR

Plan next month in PPR

On the store page you can open next month and fill in its action plan, HR statuses and comments ahead of time. A month can still be signed off only once it has started.

NewAPI

Team roster and time sheet via API

The integration now returns each store’s team with job titles, positions, absences, NSO and trainee flags, plus the time sheet of actual hours for your payroll system.

ImprovementWeb

Sign in with Google and Apple

A refreshed sign-in screen for the manager app: an email code in two steps, or sign in with your Google or Apple account.

ImprovementWeb

Training and NSO kept out of productivity

A new setting under “Time and attendance” keeps training and NSO hours out of SPMH, TPLH and IPLH — in the schedule editor, on the dashboards and in PPR.

ImprovementWeb · API

NSO flag on every shift

Shifts worked for a new store opening (NSO) are marked on their own — both planned and actual. Past shifts no longer change when the employee card does, and the flag is available in payroll exports.

ImprovementWeb

The revenue forecast can’t be rewritten after the fact

Forecast days lock the same way the schedule does: beyond the editing depth and in weeks with an approved schedule. Only a role allowed to edit the revenue forecast can change the analysis period for the auto-forecast.

ImprovementWeb · PPR

PPR employee structure by role

PPR counts the team by the roles that work in the schedule and shows trainees as a separate ring. Standards read as minimums: the Ideal column shows the configured share, so you see at once whether it is met.

ImprovementWeb · PPR

Faster PPR with figures that are always current

The PPR board loads noticeably faster. The store page refreshes its charts and marks right after a certificate is granted or revoked — in every open tab.

ImprovementWeb · PPR

An easier store PPR page

Table headers stay in place while you scroll, the team and certification tables share one scrollbar, and columns can be hidden and reordered — the Excel export follows your view. Position groups come from certifications only, and archived certifications are hidden.

FixWeb

Sending for approval with locked days

“Send for approval” is no longer blocked by the accuracy of days that are already locked for editing.

FixWeb · API

SPMH, TPLH and IPLH match everywhere

The day PDF, overview, dashboards, PPR and exports all compute productivity from the same productive hours.

FixWeb

The auto-forecast no longer comes out as zeros

The analysis period can’t end after today, and a period with no sales no longer writes zeros into the forecast — you get an explanation instead. “Reset to default” brings the standard period back again.

FixWeb · API

Holiday hours in the time sheet

The holiday and holiday-night columns follow the official work calendar, not just Saturdays and Sundays.

FixWeb

Staff from other stores in the week summary

An employee added to a shift from another store now appears on the Week tab and in both “Week schedule” PDFs.
